Let's Fast! is our experiential method of achieving personal success by working with the physiology of the body and utilizing the power of intention and community. Over the course of 7 days we will gradually work into a 24-hour period of fasting. Along the journey we will be challenged, be supported, have breakthroughs, practice being present in our bodies, use plant medicine, refine eating habits and naturally create more self-discipline and willpower towards accountability for our health.
