Sōul Sundays

Sōul Sundays is a transformative program that forms a vital part of the Healthy Homies (HH) initiative. Usually taking place in the warmer months, Sōul Sundays is a time where family and friends can come together to nurture the spirit, foster community connection, and celebrate the human experience through movement and sound.

Such a magical day!! Will never forget!!

Yoga In The Park

YOGA IN THE PARK
EVERY SATURDAY  |  9:15 - 10:15 AM  |  LINCOLN PARK, LONG BEACH

Yoga in the park is a free community movement class for all levels and ages. Bring a mat and some hydration and be prepared to explore your connection with your breath, body and spirit. Classes are usually led by Yancy or another professional yoga practitioner. Classes are outside on the small lawn behind Billie Jean King library. Dress appropriately.

*Yoga will be canceled if it is raining.

Whenever I go to practice yoga I feel at peace and more relaxed following
the rest of my day. It also gives me time to myself to forget about
everything I'm going through and connect with everyone.
